Offering a complete project management system, we have the processes to control all aspects from production, manufacture and testing right through to certification, documentation, coating, packaging and dispatch.

All purchase orders go through a comprehensive contract review process overseen by a Company Director, during which:

  • Critical path items are identified and actioned to minimise impact on delivery
  • Technical issues are addressed and requirements for project specific weld procedures discussed with our Welding Engineers
  • Clarifications from the client can be resolved at this early point in the process avoiding cost overruns to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Production is managed by a comprehensive ERP system with shop floor data collection, enabling Project Managers to review progress in real time. Daily production meetings and a weekly review of all orders enable us to offer a flexible and responsive service with a two way flow of information to clients. Weekly production reports to clients enable them to track progress.
